PA Iron-On Vinyl works on cotton and polyester. Use a quick one-second tack application for layering. Apply with medium pressure; preheat fabric for 3 seconds, then apply transfer for 15 seconds, peel off while still warm. To maintain high gloss foil effect, wait for liner to cool completely before removing. Pre-shrink any shirt with cotton content. CPSIA Certified, so it's safe on garments for any age. This vinyl is light, very stretchable with a foil metal effect. 12 x 15 inch. Foil Copper.
