Great Storage Solution
As my die and stamp collection started to grow I knew I needed better storage and organization. I purchased the mini-binders because they fit into my shelving better than the larger ones. I now have eight binders with magnetic pages for die storage. I have another four binders with the white surface for photopolymer stamps, six binders for foam backed rubber stamps and two for bundled sets of stamps with coordinating dies. Each binder has a place to insert a list of the contents so I created an Excel spreadsheet that contains an inventory of everything. I print a Table of Contents to insert into each binder but I can also sort my inventory list by stamp subject, brand, name, etc. to locate a stamp or die and find in which binder the item is stored in case I have forgotten. I really love this method. It's working great for me! One other item: If the stamps and dies are packaged nicely like Stampin' Up! stamps and dies are, I store them in the original containers alphabetically on my shelves and maintain a separate inventory in an Excel spreadsheet. The inventories also prevent me from purchasing duplicate or similar products. I Recommend This ProductAbout Me: OtherSkill Level: Intermediate
