You’re ready to purchase your craft supplies, so it’s time to checkout. From your shopping cart, click the ‘Checkout’ button which will bring you to the ‘Sign In’ page.
Sign In
If you have a CreateForLess account, in the Sign In section enter your email address, password and then click ‘Sign In’. You do not have to create an account to order from CreateForLess. If you do not have an account, you can either checkout as a guest or create an account. To proceed to checkout without creating an account, click the "Guest Checkout" button. Or to create an account prior to checking out, click the ‘Create an Account’ button.
Address
If you signed into your account, your billing and shipping information will automatically be displayed. If you did not create an account, simply enter your billing information exactly as it appears on your credit card statement. Then enter your shipping information, by either clicking “Ship to my billing address” or “Ship to a different address” and entering the different shipping address. Then click ‘Checkout’ to proceed to the Shipping page.
Shipping
On the Shipping page, select your desired shipping method. You can choose to ship your order via Standard ground shipping, 2-Day Air or Next Day Air. Standard shipment orders are generally shipped in 1-2 business days (Mon - Fri). Our warehouse does not prepare any shipments on Sat and Sun. 2-Day Air and Next Day Air orders must be submitted before noon PST to be processed and shipped on the same business day. Saturday delivery is not available. For additional shipping information, click here. After selecting your shipping method, click ‘Checkout’ to proceed to the final step.
Place Order
1. Review your order
Please review your information before completing your purchase. This is the last place to make any changes to your order before your order is finalized. If you would like to change your billing information, shipping information or shipping method, click the ‘Edit’ button.
2. Enter your payment information
We accept VISA, MasterCard, and the American Express card. Enter your credit card account #, expiration date and security code. Please do not use spaces or dashes when entering your card #. When you finalize your order, your credit card will be processed to verify funds, but your card will not actually be charged until your order is shipped. CreateForLess has taken a variety of security measures to ensure the safety of your credit card. For more information on credit card security, please visit the Privacy Policy page. If you have a CreateForLess gift certificate, enter your gift certificate # and PIN and click ‘Apply Gift Certificate’. The gift certificate amount will be deducted from your order total.
Debit Card Authorization
Please note that when placing an order with a debit card, CreateForLess requests an authorization of funds from your bank for the transaction. At this time your bank places a pending charge on your account for the amount of your order. CreateForLess does not charge your account until your order ships, and at that time the actual withdrawal occurs. This may appear on your account statement as multiple charges, but CreateForLess has in fact only charged your account one time. Depending on your bank's processes, it may take a few business days for your bank to release the initial pending charge they placed on your account.
Prepaid Credit Cards Special Instructions
If you are placing your order with any prepaid credit card, please call our customer service department at 866.333.4463 before placing your order. We have to make special adjustments to our system in order to process this type of transaction. Otherwise you may receive an order processing error when you place your order.
3. Place Your Order
To submit your order, click the "Place Order" button. Please click the "Place Order" button only once, and do not use the Back button. Multiple clicks may result in multiple orders being placed. It may take up to 30 seconds to process your order. This occurs because the system is performing our credit card authorization process.
Thank You
After clicking 'Place Order' and your credit card is approved, the 'Order Detail' page will be displayed. Your order information will be summarized, including your order #, craft supplies ordered, shipping method, total amount spent, billing and shipping information. Click the 'Print Confirmation' button to print a copy for your records. Also, if you have a CreateForLess account, your 'Order Detail' information will be available in the 'My Account' section. You will also receive an order confirmation via e-mail immediately following our receipt of your order. And you will receive another e-mail notification the day that your order is shipped.
