Forgot your password?
If you forget your password when signing into your account, you can still access your information. Enter your email address and click “Forgot your password? Click here”. The Hint Question that you entered when you signed up for an account will be displayed. Simply enter the answer to the question and you will be signed into your account. If you are still unable to sign into your account, Contact Us and we can assist you further.
Edit My Account Information
Once you’ve set up an account with CreateForLess, you can edit your account information at any time. Simply log into your account and click the ‘Edit My Account’ button. From here you can edit your billing, shipping and credit card information. If you would like to change your email address, password or hint question and answer, click ‘Edit Sign In Information’. Then click the ‘Update’ button to finalize your changes.
Order History
Another benefit of creating an account is you can keep track of all of your past and pending orders. Simply log into your account and click ‘Order History’. All of your order numbers, date ordered and ship status will be displayed here. You can also click ‘detail’ to bring up additional order details, including items, addresses, and tracking numbers. If you did not sign into your account when creating an order, it will not be shown on the Order History page.
