How long will it take to receive my order?

Orders are generally shipped within 24 hours of placement, except when placed on Fridays after 12:00pm Noon (Pacific Standard Time), weekends and holidays. Orders placed during these times are usually shipped on the following business day. Orders shipped with Standard Service normally arrive within 1 to 6 business days after the order leaves our Oregon warehouse.

Most CreateForLess Standard Service orders are shipped via UPS Ground service. Some Standard Service packages less than 5 lbs. may be shipped via DHL@home service. These shipments are picked up from our warehouse by DHL and delivered by your USPS mail carrier. DHL@home packages generally arrive within 2 - 4 business days after your order leaves our warehouse. Additional order tracking information will be available in your shipping confirmation email.

For Next Day and 2 Day Air delivery, your order must be placed by 12:00pm Noon (Pacific Standard Time) Monday through Friday for it to be processed in that day’s delivery schedule. If your order is placed after these times, on a weekend or holiday, it will be shipped the following business day. Next Day orders will arrive 1 business day after your order leaves our warehouse and 2 Day Air orders will arrive 2 business days later. All aerosol products are unable to be shipped via Next Day, 2 Day Air, USPS Priority Mail or DHL@home delivery.

While most orders shipped to overseas APO and FPO military addresses arrive in a timely manner, occasionally shipments may take 2-4 weeks. Unfortunately, we can't guarantee delivery times to APO/FPO addresses.

How do I track my order?

CreateForLess will send you an email confirmation, with an order summary and tracking #, the day your order is shipped. If you do not have a CreateForLess account, you can track the status of your order by copying the tracking link in the shipping confirmation email. Then visit www.ups.com, click on the ‘Tracking’ tab and paste your tracking # into the appropriate field. If you have a CreateForLess account, click on the link provided in your shipping confirmation, which will display your Order Detail, and then click on the tracking number. You also can track your order by signing into your account, clicking Order History, then order [Detail], and the tracking number.
