delivery times, however delivery dates are not 100% guaranteed.
Order Processing Time
The time it takes for your order to leave our warehouse depends
on the shipping method selected and the day the order is placed.
Our warehouse only processes orders Monday - Friday and is closed
on weekends and holidays. Economy orders are processed and shipped
within 1-3 business days. Standard orders are usually processed the
same day or by the next business day. 2 Day Air and Next Day Air
orders placed Monday - Friday before 11:00 am Pacific Standard Time
will be processed on the same business day. Air orders placed
Monday - Friday after 11:00 am PST and weekends, will be shipped on
the following business day.

Shipping Methods
Economy Shipping
Economy shipping is our lowest cost method for shipping your
order, with a longer order processing and delivery time. The
CreateForLess warehouse will process Economy orders in 1-3 business
days, and carrier delivery time will take 2-8 business days, for a
total of 3-11 business days to arrive. More specific delivery dates
to your shipping address will be available during checkout.
Economy shipping services are only available for shipping to the
48 contiguous states. Economy shipping services are not available
for shipment to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam, Virgin Islands,
Canada, Australia and New Zealand, and will ship via Standard
shipping service to these locations.
Orders shipped with Economy service will ship via FedEx
SmartPost service or USPS Priority mail. Orders shipped via FedEx
SmartPost will be shipped via FedEx and will have final delivery
completed by USPS. To ensure that your packages are shipped in the
most economical manner, we take into account the weight, size and
destination when selecting the best carrier to use.
Standard Shipping
Standard shipping is our preferred service, and is recommended
when a faster delivery time is desired. Standard shipments will be
processed in our warehouse within one business day, carrier
delivery time will be 1-5 business days, for a total of 1-6
business days to arrive. More specific delivery dates to your
shipping address will be available during checkout or you may refer
to the transit time map above.
Orders shipped with Standard service will ship via FedEx Home
Delivery, FedEx Ground or USPS Priority mail. Standard shipments to
residential addresses will be delivered via FedEx Home Delivery
service, which delivers on Tuesday-Saturday. Standard shipments to
business addresses will be delivered via FedEx Ground business
delivery service, which delivers on Monday-Friday.
All international orders can only ship via Standard shipping
USPS (United States Postal Service). To ensure that your packages
are shipped in the most efficient manner, we take into account the
weight, size and destination when selecting the best carrier to
use.
2 Day and Next Day Air Shipping
We offer two different options for expedited shipping, either 2
Day Air or Next Day Air via FedEx. For Next Day and 2 Day Air
delivery, your order must be placed by 11:00 am (Pacific Standard
Time) Monday through Friday for it to be processed and shipped that
same day. If your order is placed after 11:00 am PST, or on a
weekend or holiday, it will be shipped the following business day.
Next Day orders will arrive 1 business day after your order leaves
our warehouse and 2 Day Air orders will arrive 2 business days
later.
2 Day and Next Day Air Shipping are not available for shipment
to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam, Virgin Islands, Canada,
Australia and New Zealand, and will ship via Standard shipping
service to these locations. Saturday delivery is not available.
All aerosol products and some oversized and heavy items are
unable to be shipped via Next Day, 2 Day Air or USPS Priority Mail
delivery. Most of these exceptions will be noted in the item's
product description and during checkout.

Shipping Confirmation/Order Tracking
CreateForLess will send you an email confirmation, with an order
summary and tracking number the day your order is shipped. You can
track the status of your order by clicking on the tracking # in
your shipping confirmation email.
You can also go to http://www.fedex.com/Tracking?cntry_code=us,
enter your tracking # and click 'Track'.
Or visit our Track Order page, and enter your email
address and zip code to track your order.
Shipping Exceptions
Oversized and Heavy Items
Certain oversized and heavy items can only be shipped via
Standard or Economy shipping. These items include, but are not
limited to selected bolts of felt, Styrofoam, gallons of liquids
and wax, and will be noted when placing your order. These specified
items cannot be shipped via air shipment due to their excessive
size, weight and/or air shipment costs. If your shopping cart
contains any of these items, Next Day or 2 Day Air shipment options
will not be available when you select your shipping method on the
checkout page. To send the items in your shopping cart that are not
oversized or heavy via air, you will have to place a separate order
for those products. Due to the extra cost to ship, an
additional oversized shipping charge may be applied to some
oversized and heavy items.
Aerosol Restrictions
Federal regulations prohibit the shipment of aerosol products by
air. Aerosol items can only be shipped via Standard shipping, and
not by Next Day Air, 2 Day Air, or USPS Priority Mail. Most of
these items will be noted in the item's product description and
during checkout. If your shopping cart contains any aerosol items,
air shipment options will not be available when you select your
shipping method on the checkout page, and your entire order will
ship by Standard shipment. To send the non-aerosol items in your
shopping cart via air, you will have to place a separate order for
those products. All orders containing aerosol items shipping to
some parts of Alaska and Hawaii can only be shipped via USPS Parcel
Post, which takes approximately 4-6 weeks to arrive. Aerosol items
cannot be shipped internationally, to Puerto Rico, Guam
or the Virgin Islands.
Item Not Shipped
CreateForLess does not backorder items not shipped. Our goal is
have accurate and up to the minute inventory counts prior to
placing your order, so that you will receive exactly what you
ordered. Unfortunately, despite our best efforts, occasionally our
inventory count is incorrect and we are unable to ship the quantity
ordered. If an item is out of stock at the time the order is
fulfilled, it will be canceled from the order. You will not be
charged for this item and your total order charge will be adjusted
accordingly.
To reorder an out of stock item, search for the item on our
site, click 'Email Me', enter your email address and we will send
you an email as soon as it is back in stock. When you receive the
'Product Update from CreateForLess' email notification, you can
place another order for the item. Depending on when the warehouse
receives the next shipment from the manufacturer, it generally will
be back in stock in approximately 2 weeks. If you have any further

International Shipping
CreateForLess offers international shipping to Canada, Australia
and New Zealand at this time. All international orders ship
via Standard shipping USPS (United States Postal Service).

Delivery Times
International shipments are processed in our warehouse within 1
business day and generally arrive within 2-3 weeks. More specific
delivery dates to your shipping address will be available during
checkout. Business days are defined as Monday - Friday, excludes
weekends and holidays. Delivery may take longer than estimated if
there are customs processing delays in your country. CreateForLess
does its best to ensure your delivery times, however delivery dates
are not 100% guaranteed.
International Orders Exceptions
Certain oversized, heavy or aerosol items cannot be shipped
internationally. These items will be noted when placing your order.
International orders ship only via Standard shipping USPS (United
States Postal Service) Priority Mail. Economy, 2 Day Air and Next
Day Air shipments are not available to Canada, Australia and New
Zealand. Free shipping with a $100 or more order is not
available for international shipping, however you will receive a
discount on Standard shipping, please refer to the International
Shipping & Handling Rates chart for further details.
CreateForLess does not accept money orders or
checks from any countries outside of the U.S. International orders
can be placed with VISA, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, or
PayPal. We reserve the
right to charge a 20% restocking fee for any refused or returned
international orders.
Customs and Duties
All orders from outside the United States are subject to normal
import duties, foreign taxes, tariffs and customs charges. They are
the customer's responsibility, are not included in our shipping
charges, and will be collected at delivery. CreateForLess has no
control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. In
order to comply with export regulations, we are required by U.S.
law to declare the exact value of all items ordered and to mark
them as dutiable merchandise. Because we are a retailer, we
are prohibited by law from declaring your order as a "gift", even
if the order is intended to be received by a gift recipient. Please
be aware that if you refuse a package because you will not pay the
tariffs or taxes, we will refund you the cost of the product after
charging you for the shipping and additional fees required to
return the package to us. Please contact your local customs office
for more information on duties and taxes.
Return Policy
If you are not completely satisfied with your CreateForLess
purchase, you may return your merchandise within 30 days of
receiving your order. We will gladly issue a credit to your credit
card for the amount of your item after we receive your package. To
return an item, please refer to our policy below.
Returns
If your return is not due to a CreateForLess error, and you
would like to receive a refund, simply follow the instructions
below and on your Return Form and ship your package back to us.
- Complete the Return Form - including customer information,
returned item information, and reason for return.
- Enclose the Return Form and Packing Slip in the package with
your merchandise. Write your order # and mailing address on the
pre-addressed return label and affix it to the outside of your
package.
- Ship the carton via an appropriate carrier in the same type of
box that it was originally shipped in.

If you believe CreateForLess has shipped something in error,
please call our Customer Service department at (toll free)
1-866-333-4463. When you contact us, please have your Return Form
and Packing Slip available. This will help our Customer Service
department quickly and easily process your request.
We will send you an e-mail confirmation after we receive your
return letting you know that your return has been processed. Please
return your items in the original condition that they were shipped.
We are unable to give refunds for partially used items.
Credits
After the warehouse has received and processed your return
shipment, CreateForLess will credit your credit card the purchase
amount for the item(s). An e-mail confirmation will be sent to
you letting you know that your credit card has been credited.
Please allow up to 2 billing cycles for the credit to appear on
your credit card billing statement.
Miscellaneous Shipping Information
Where can I ship my order?
CreateForLess ships anywhere FedEx or USPS services are
available. This includes the 48 contiguous states in the U.S,
Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam, Virgin Islands, P.O. Boxes and
Military Bases. We also offer international shipping to Canada,
Australia and New Zealand at this time, see International Shipping for more
details.
Aerosol Cans
Federal regulations prohibit the shipment of aerosol products by
air. Therefore, we cannot ship spray paint, spray adhesive, or any
other aerosol product to Alaska, Hawaii, US territories,
military bases, or internationally,
Aerosol products cannot be expedited, but can be shipped with
the Standard or Economy shipping options. Most of these items
will be noted in the item's product description and during
checkout. If your shopping cart contains any aerosol items, air
shipment options will not be available when you select your
shipping method on the checkout page. To send the non-aerosol items
in your shopping cart via air, you will have to place a separate
order for those products.
Oversized or Heavy Items
Some items cannot be expedited, or shipped to Alaska, Hawaii, US
territories, military bases, or internationally, due to their size
or weight. If this is the case, we have added a label under the
description of such items which explains any shipping
limitation.
FREE shipping for orders $100 and over
If your order totals $100 or more, you will receive FREE economy
shipping (exclusions apply). Or if you need faster delivery, you
will receive a discount on Standard shipping, with a shipping
charge of only 10% of your purchase. You are eligible to receive
FREE economy shipping only if shipping to the 48 contiguous states.
If you are shipping a $100 or more order to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto
Rico, Guam, or the Virgin Islands, you will receive a discount on
Standard shipping, with a shipping charge of only 15% of your
purchase. Please refer to the
Shipping & Handling Rates chart for further information. If
you are shipping a $100 or more order to Canada, Australia or New
Zealand, you will receive a discount on Standard shipping, please
refer to the
International Shipping & Handling Rates chart for further
details. Due to the extra cost to ship, an additional oversized

our Standard shipping option. If you are shipping a $100 or
more order to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam, or the Virgin
Islands, you will receive a discount on Standard shipping, with a
shipping charge of only 15% of your purchase. Aerosol cans cannot
be shipped to these places, and there are also some restrictions on
heavy or oversized items. USPS Priority Mail should take
approximately 6 business days to reach recipients.
PO Box, APO or FPO Addresses
All orders shipping to a PO Boxes, APO and FPO addresses will
ship via US Postal Service. While most orders shipped to overseas
APO and FPO military addresses arrive in a timely manner,
occasionally shipments may take 2-4 weeks. Unfortunately, we can't
guarantee delivery times to APO/FPO addresses.
