Oversized and heavy items - Certain oversized and heavy items can only be shipped via Standard shipping. These items include, but are not limited to selected bolts of felt, Styrofoam, gallons of liquids and wax, and will be noted when placing your order. These specified items cannot be shipped via air shipment due to their excessive size, weight and/or air shipment costs. If your shopping cart contains any of these items, Next Day or 2 Day Air shipment options will not be available when you select your shipping method on the check out page, and your entire order will ship by Standard shipment. To send the items in your shopping cart that are not oversized or heavy via air, you will have to place a separate order for those products. Also in some cases an additional shipping surcharge may be applied to other oversized and heavy items shipped via air shipment.
Aerosol Restrictions - Federal regulations prohibit the shipment of aerosol products by air. Aerosol items can only be shipped via Standard shipping, and not by Next Day Air, 2 Day Air, USPS Priority Mail or DHL@home delivery. If your shopping cart contains any aerosol items, air shipment options will not be available when you select your shipping method on the check out page, and your entire order will ship by Standard shipment. To send the non-aerosol items in your shopping cart via air, you will have to place a separate order for those products. All orders containing aerosol items shipping to Alaska or Hawaii can only be shipped via USPS Parcel Post, which takes approximately 4-6 weeks to arrive.
Where can I ship my order?
CreateForLess ships anywhere UPS and USPS services are available. This includes the 48 contiguous states in the U.S, Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, P.O. Boxes and Military Bases. We regret that we are unable to ship outside the continental U.S. at this time.
Special exceptions for Alaska and Hawaii shipments
All shipments to Alaska and Hawaii ship via USPS Priority Mail. Orders shipped to AK and HA generally take about 6 business days to arrive. 2 Day Air and Next Day Air shipping are not available for AK and HA orders. Federal regulations prohibit the shipment of aerosol products by air, therefore all orders containing aerosol items can only be shipped to AK and HA via USPS Parcel Post, which takes approximately 4-6 weeks to arrive.

If your order totals $100 or more, you will receive FREE shipping and handling, via UPS Ground. You are eligible to receive this discount if you live in the 48 contiguous states. If you are shipping to Alaska, Hawaii or Puerto Rico, please refer to the Shipping & Handling Rates chart above.
When will my order arrive?
Orders are generally shipped within 24 hours of placement, except when placed on Fridays after 12:00pm Noon (Pacific Standard Time), weekends and holidays. Orders placed during these times are usually shipped on the following business day. Orders shipped with Standard Service normally arrive within 1 to 6 business days after the order leaves our Oregon warehouse.
Most CreateForLess Standard Service orders are shipped via UPS Ground service. Some Standard Service packages less than 5 lbs. may be shipped via DHL@home service. These shipments are picked up from our warehouse by DHL and delivered by your USPS mail carrier. DHL@home packages generally arrive within 2 - 4 business days after your order leaves our warehouse. Additional order tracking information will be available in your shipping confirmation email.
For Next Day and 2 Day Air delivery, your order must be placed by 12:00pm Noon (Pacific Standard Time) Monday through Friday for it to be processed in that day’s delivery schedule. If your order is placed after these times, on a weekend or holiday, it will be shipped the following business day. Next Day orders will arrive 1 business day after your order leaves our warehouse and 2 Day Air orders will arrive 2 business days later. All aerosol products are unable to be shipped via Next Day, 2 Day Air, USPS Priority Mail or DHL@home delivery.
While most orders shipped to overseas APO and FPO military addresses arrive in a timely manner, occasionally shipments may take 2-4 weeks. Unfortunately, we can't guarantee delivery times to APO/FPO addresses.

Shipping Confirmation/Order Tracking
CreateForLess will send you an email confirmation, with an order summary and tracking #, the day your order is shipped. If you do not have a CreateForLess account, you can track the status of your order by copying the tracking link in the shipping confirmation email. Then visit http://www.ups.com/, click on the ‘Tracking’ tab and paste your tracking # into the appropriate field. If you have a CreateForLess account, click on the link provided in your shipping confirmation, which will display your Order Detail, and then click on the tracking number. You also can track your order by signing into your account, clicking Order History, then order [Detail], and the tracking number.
Item Not Shipped
CreateForLess does not backorder items not shipped. Our goal is have accurate and up to the minute inventory counts prior to placing your order, so that you will receive exactly what you ordered. Unfortunately, despite our best efforts, occasionally our inventory count is incorrect and we are unable to ship the quantity ordered. If an item is out of stock at the time the order is fulfilled, it will be canceled from the order. You will not be charged for this item and your total order charge will be adjusted accordingly.
To reorder an out of stock item, search for the item on our site, click ‘Notify Me’, enter your email address and we will send you an email as soon as it is back in stock. When you receive the ‘Product Update from CreateForLess’ email notification, you can place another order for the item. Depending on when the warehouse receives the next shipment from the manufacturer, it generally will be back in stock in approximately 2 weeks. If you have any further questions, please contact us.
