NEEDED TO PROTECT MY NEW POCKETBOOK

This product is supposed to prevent fraying as you are working on a fabric project. I'v been trying to figure out how to protect the woven fabric pocketbook I bought on a trip to Honduras. Each time I tried to use it more of the thread design came out of the base fabric. I have sprayed the entire bag with this product and my major concern is that it won't last The threads of the design seem to be preserved. I have high hopes for a season of enjoying this bag.

This is the only product I have found that effectively stabilizes fabric for sewing and machine embroidery. I would not be without it
