Description: Art Institute Designer Glitter Glue is designed to be used under lighter transparent glitter or under any light or dark translucent, pearlescent or neon glitter colors. It should not be used under opaque glitter. Transparent colors will look as bright as they do in the jar on a dark background. Use Dries White when you want "Crystal" glitter to look like snow instead of ice, Santa's beard or fur trim to look fluffy White, or if you want stars to stand out on a dark tree or sky.
