Great product

I love the product.....have used it for several years now. There is only one problem that occurs. Once in awhile the tape stops advancing and I have to open the holder and roll it forward which wastes some of the runner....I have had a few refills in the past that were horrible....called the company and they immediately sent me out some replacements for free. Awesome service but wish they could resolve the problem - then I would LOVE them even more.
